Business Development Manager - Fit out

Dubai, United Arab Emirates

Key Responsibilities:

  • Business Development & Sales
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the interior fit-out industry (corporate offices, retail, F&B, hospitality, residential, etc.).
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
  • Prepare and deliver client presentations, proposals, and quotations.
  • Negotiate and close deals in line with company policies.
  • Client Relationship Management
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants, contractors, and developers.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for clients during the pre-contract stage.
  • Ensure a smooth handover of projects to the operations team.
  • Market Research & Strategy
  • Conduct market research to identify industry trends, competitor activities, and potential clients.
  • Provide feedback to management on market conditions and business opportunities.
  • Participate in networking events, exhibitions, and trade shows to promote company services.
  • Collaboration & Reporting
  • Work closely with the design and estimation teams to prepare bids and proposals.
  • Coordinate with project and commercial teams to align client expectations.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales pipeline, client interactions, and business leads.
  • Prepare and submit regular sales reports to management.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED12,000.00 - AED15,000.00 per month
