Key Responsibilities:
- Business Development & Sales
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the interior fit-out industry (corporate offices, retail, F&B, hospitality, residential, etc.).
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
- Prepare and deliver client presentations, proposals, and quotations.
- Negotiate and close deals in line with company policies.
- Client Relationship Management
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants, contractors, and developers.
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients during the pre-contract stage.
- Ensure a smooth handover of projects to the operations team.
- Market Research & Strategy
- Conduct market research to identify industry trends, competitor activities, and potential clients.
- Provide feedback to management on market conditions and business opportunities.
- Participate in networking events, exhibitions, and trade shows to promote company services.
- Collaboration & Reporting
- Work closely with the design and estimation teams to prepare bids and proposals.
- Coordinate with project and commercial teams to align client expectations.
- Maintain accurate records of sales pipeline, client interactions, and business leads.
- Prepare and submit regular sales reports to management.
