Factory Manager

Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Identify and develop new business opportunities within commercial, residential, retail, hospitality, and corporate interior fit-out projects</li><li>Generate leads through networking, cold calling, referrals, consultants, contractors, and developers</li><li>Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants, architects, project managers, and developers</li><li>Attend client meetings, understand requirements, and coordinate with design, estimation, and project teams</li><li>Prepare and present company profiles, proposals, and bids</li><li>Follow up on quotations, negotiations, and contract closures</li><li>Track tenders and prequalification submissions</li><li>Maintain a healthy sales pipeline and achieve assigned sales targets</li><li>Monitor market trends, competitors, and pricing strategies</li><li>Maintain accurate records in CRM systems and prepare regular sales reports</li><li>Support marketing initiatives and represent the company at industry events and exhibitions</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: AED5,000.00 - AED8,000.00 per month
