Factory Supervisor - Joinery

Production & Operations

• Supervise daily joinery manufacturing activities including cutting, assembly, finishing, polishing, and installation preparation
• Ensure production targets are met within agreed timelines
• Plan and allocate manpower, machines, and materials effectively
• Coordinate with planning and project teams to meet project requirements

Quality Control

• Ensure all joinery works comply with approved shop drawings, specifications, and quality standards
• Conduct regular inspections of finished and in-progress works
• Identify defects and ensure corrective actions are implemented
• Maintain quality records and inspection reports

Manpower Management

• Supervise carpenters, machine operators, polishers, and helpers
• Assign daily tasks and monitor productivity
• Provide on-the-job training and guidance to workers
• Maintain discipline and proper work conduct in the factory

Material & Equipment Management

• Monitor material usage and minimize wastage
• Coordinate with storekeeper for material availability
• Ensure proper use and maintenance of tools and machinery
• Report machine breakdowns and coordinate repairs

Health, Safety & Housekeeping

• Ensure compliance with HSE policies and safety procedures
• Conduct toolbox talks and safety briefings
• Maintain clean, organized, and safe work areas
• Enforce use of PPE at all times

Coordination & Reporting

• Coordinate with Project Managers, Engineers, and Site Supervisors
• Prepare daily/weekly production and manpower reports
• Report progress, issues, and delays to management
• Support site teams during installation if required

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED5,000.00 per month
