Job Title: Site Supervisor (Joinery Experience)
Experience Required: Minimum 10 Years

Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Site Supervisor with a strong background in joinery to oversee and manage on-site operations. The ideal candidate will have at least 10 years of hands-on experience in construction and joinery works, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise daily site activities, ensuring smooth workflow and adherence to project timelines
• Oversee all joinery works including installation, finishing, and quality control
• Coordinate with project managers, engineers, subcontractors, and suppliers
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies on-site
• Monitor labor productivity and manage site workforce effectively
• Conduct regular inspections to ensure workmanship meets specifications and standards
• Resolve any on-site issues, delays, or conflicts promptly
• Maintain accurate site reports, progress updates, and documentation
• Ensure proper use of materials and minimize waste

Requirements:

• Minimum 10 years of experience in construction, with a strong focus on joinery
• Proven experience as a Site Supervisor or similar role
• In-depth knowledge of joinery techniques, materials, and finishes
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and plans
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
• Good communication and organizational skills
• Knowledge of health and safety regulations

Preferred Qualifications:

• Diploma or degree in Construction, Civil Engineering, or related field
• Experience working on residential, commercial, or fit-out projects
• Certification in site safety or supervision (preferred)
