Project Manager

Job Title: Project Manager – Building Construction (DM Licensed)

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Manager with a valid Dubai Municipality (DM) License G+12 or G+Unlimited to lead and manage building construction projects in Dubai. The candidate must have a minimum of 6 years of proven experience in handling high-rise or large-scale building projects in Dubai and possess strong leadership, technical, and project management skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, execute, and deliver construction projects in compliance with approved drawings, specifications, timelines, and budgets.
• Ensure adherence to Dubai Municipality regulations, building codes, and statutory requirements.
• Manage project activities including procurement, subcontractor coordination, resource allocation, and scheduling.
• Lead site teams, supervise engineers, foremen, and subcontractors to achieve project milestones.
• Monitor project progress, prepare regular reports, and present updates to management and stakeholders.
• Ensure quality, safety, and environmental standards are maintained on-site.
• Resolve technical issues, risks, and conflicts promptly to avoid project delays.
• Liaise with consultants, clients, and government authorities to obtain necessary approvals and permits.
• Control project costs and ensure optimal resource utilization.

Requirements:

• Valid Dubai Municipality License G+12 or G+Unlimited (Mandatory).
• Minimum 6 years of experience in building construction projects within Dubai.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
• Proven track record in managing high-rise / large-scale building projects from inception to completion.
• Strong knowledge of Dubai Municipality regulations, local construction laws, and approval processes.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and team management skills.
• Proficiency in project management tools, MS Office, AutoCAD, and scheduling software (e.g., Primavera / MS Project).
• Ability to work under pressure, manage multiple tasks, and meet deadlines.

Preferred Skills:

• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Ability to handle client interactions and build long-term relationships.
• Experience in cost control and contract management.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED10,000.00 - AED15,000.00 per month
