Logistics Executive

Al Haktur IT Solutions is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Logistics Executive to join our operations team in Dubai. This role is ideal for a professional who can efficiently manage the movement of IT equipment, coordinate deliveries, and ensure smooth logistics operations within a fast-paced technology-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate the transportation and delivery of IT equipment and materials.
• Communicate with suppliers, vendors, and transport providers to ensure timely shipments.
• Track shipments and provide updates to internal teams and clients.
• Prepare and manage logistics documentation including delivery notes and invoices.
• Ensure compliance with UAE regulations and company logistics procedures.
• Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with procurement teams.
• Resolve delivery delays, discrepancies, and logistics-related issues.
• Maintain accurate records of logistics operations and transactions.
• Prepare reports on logistics performance and efficiency.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 2–4 years of experience in logistics or supply chain operations.
• Knowledge of shipping procedures and inventory management.
• Familiarity with UAE logistics and transport regulations.
• Proficiency in MS Office and logistics management systems.
• Strong communication and coordination skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
