The Sales Manager will play a crucial role in driving sales growth and expanding our market presence within the region. You will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies, managing a team, and achieving sales targets. This role requires a strong leader with a proven track record of success in sales management.
Responsibilities
* Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve company objectives.
* Manage and lead a team of sales professionals, providing guidance, training, and support.
* Identify and target new business opportunities within the assigned territory.
* Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
* Prepare and deliver sales presentations and proposals.
* Monitor market trends and competitor activities.
* Accurately forecast sales and track performance against targets.
* Provide regular updates and reports to senior management.
Qualifications
* Proven experience in sales management, preferably within a related industry.
* Strong leadership and team management skills.
* Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to develop and implement effective sales strategies.
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
* Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools.
