The Opportunity

We are looking for a Senior Sales Executive with a strong background in construction and fit-out, ideally with expertise in natural stone, façades, or architectural finishes. This is a high-impact role where you’ll lead business growth by securing multimillion-dirham projects (AED 1M – AED 50M+). If you thrive in strategic sales and want to turn relationships into major wins, this role offers uncapped earning potential and a fast track for career growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Build and expand a strong network with contractors, consultants, project managers, and developers.
  • Identify high-value projects at design/tender stage and secure RFQs.
  • Present our portfolio, technical expertise, and value-engineering solutions to stakeholders.
  • Work closely with estimating/technical teams to deliver winning proposals and quotations.
  • Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to contract award and post-award follow-up.
  • Track competitor activity and market trends to sharpen positioning.
  • Represent the company at key meetings, site visits, and industry events.
  • Consistently achieve quarterly and annual sales targets.

What We’re Looking For

  • 10+ years’ proven experience in sales/business development within construction/fit-out.
  • Strong network across UAE contractors, consultants, and PMCs.
  • Experience closing high-value project packages (AED 5M+).
  • Solid knowledge of project lifecycles, tendering, technical submittals, and procurement.
  • Exceptional negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
  • Target-driven, self-motivated, and capable of managing long sales cycles.
  • Fluent English required; Arabic is a plus.
