The role

We are seeking a Technical Sales & Business Development Executive to be a central figure in our growth.

This role is for a proactive and results-driven professional who will be responsible for acquiring new clients, securing sales and long-term contracts.

You will directly manage the entire sales cycle, from lead generation to closing deals and client retention.

Key Responsibilities:

· Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities within the residential, commercial, and hospitality sectors.

· Conduct site visits, assess client needs, and provide expert technical advice on the best swimming pool equipment and maintenance solutions.

· Create and present professional proposals and quotations for new equipment installations, major renovations, and Annual Maintenance Contracts (AMCs).

· Build and maintain strong relationships with key industry stakeholders, including property developers, facility management companies, and landscape architects.

· Work closely with our operations team to ensure all client expectations are met during project execution.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Experience: A minimum of 1-3 years of proven experience in a technical sales or business development role within the swimming pool, MEP, or a water treatment industry in the UAE.

Technical Knowledge:

A strong understanding of swimming pool hydraulics, filtration, heating/cooling, and disinfiction .systems.

Skills: Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Must be highly self-motivated with the ability to manage a sales pipeline independently.

Licensing: A valid UAE driving license is essential for this role.
