Business Development Executive_Lab

The PCM will drive client engagement and revenue growth for AVM Labs by building strong relationships with clinics and healthcare providers. This is a field-based role focused on activating new accounts, maintaining existing clients, and ensuring smooth operations between clinics and the lab.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify, engage, and onboard new clinics, hospitals, and healthcare centers.
  • Negotiate pricing, contracts, and ensure proper client training on VSoft.
  • Monitor and grow sales turnover of assigned clients.
  • Manage day-to-day customer satisfaction, credit limits, and payment collections.
  • Sample pickups and inventory drop-offs, coordinating with logistics teams.
  • Ensure timely acknowledgment and reconciliation of Statements of Accounts (SOA).
  • Drive activation of campaigns (e.g., health screenings) and local initiatives.

Income Channels:

  • Fixed base salary: AED 5,000 per month.
  • Sales Incentives: Percentage of sales revenue (unlocked after 80% target achievement).
  • Pickup Incentives: Per-pickup bonus (AED 2–5 depending on volume).

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED5,000.00 per month
