We are looking for a Sales Executive with strong case studies, a strong support team of designers, and interior fit-out specialists. The Sales Executives will be responsible for identifying and selling commercial interiors and design solutions to existing and new clients as well as working to build long-term relationships with strategic clients and partners. The critical purpose of the role is to meet and exceed pre-agreed sales targets.
- To understand customer requirements, to promote the sale of a company, and to provide sales support.
- Establishing market penetration & Sales Commercial Interiors for Restaurants ,Night clubs ,Bars, Villas ,Flat Renovation ,Warehouses in the UAE and wider GCC (as appropriate) , generating opportunities through contacts, networking and associations.
- Identifying and winning major fit-out projects, developing intimate knowledge of key accounts and responding quickly and effectively to tender.
- Confer with customers and engineers to assess product needs and to determine system requirements.
- Develop, present, or respond to proposals for specific customer requirements, including requests for proposal responses and industry-specific solutions.
- Plan and modify product configurations to meet customer needs.
- Prepare and deliver technical presentations that explain products or services to customers and prospective customers.
- Provide technical and non-technical support and services to clients or other staff members regarding the use, operation, and maintenance of equipment.
- Recommend improved materials or machinery to customers, documenting how such changes will lower costs or increase production.
- Secure and renew orders and arrange delivery.
- Liaise with the design and execution teams throughout the process to make sure all client requirements are met. Negotiate agreements in coordination with the other departments and the senior management. Qualifications and requirements
- At least 3 years experience with a strong understanding of the UAE market with proven success in a competitive sales environment.
- Experience networking among the real estate development, construction and communities in Dubai or other UAE based clients is a real plus.
- Possess a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management, Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a relevant field.
- Demonstrate proven UAE experience in project sales and business development within interior design, joinery, or furniture supply organizations.
- Exhibit a strong background in cold and warm calling, industry networking, and referral marketing, with experience in high-revenue client acquisition roles in the UAE.
- Possess strong commercial and financial acumen, along with effective negotiation skills.
- Display an outgoing personality with excellent interpersonal, presentation, and communication abilities.
- Be capable of establishing new business accounts and generating revenue for the company.
- Showcase a track record of achieving sales targets.
- Be well-versed in the latest trends, technologies, and methodologies in the industry.
- Have proficiency in MS Office Applications.
