Business Development Executive

Role Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Executive with fluency in Mandarin (Chinese) to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong business relationships with our Chinese-speaking clients and partners, ensuring strategic growth in the UAE legal services market.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement business development strategies to attract and retain Chinese-speaking clients.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients, particularly within the Chinese business community in the UAE.
• Collaborate with legal teams to identify potential business opportunities and cross-selling initiatives.
• Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, competitor activities, and potential areas for business growth.
• Prepare and deliver presentations, proposals, and pitches to potential clients in both English and Chinese.
• Represent the firm at industry events, networking functions, and other relevant business forums.
• Maintain accurate records of business development activities and provide regular reports to management.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Law, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years’ business development experience within a UAE-based law firm (mandatory).
• Fluency in Chinese (Mandarin) and English, with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong understanding of the UAE legal market, particularly in relation to corporate and commercial law services.
• Proven ability to achieve business development targets and KPIs.
• Exceptional interpersonal, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED6,000.00 per month
