Business Developer

We are looking for a proactive and results-driven Business Developer to identify new business opportunities, build strong client relationships, and drive company growth. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and negotiation skills, strong market knowledge, and the ability to develop and execute sales strategies aligned with the company’s objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through proactive field outreach, and comprehensive market research, while developing and executing tailored customer engagement strategies to expand market reach and drive growth.
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients and business partners.
  • Conduct meetings, presentations, and service demonstrations to prospective clients or Customers.
  • Create persuasive proposals, tailored offers, and clear agreements designed to convert customers and encourage them to start using the app.
  • Negotiate terms of agreements and close business deals.
  • This is mostly outdoor work.
  • Work closely with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction and successful project delivery.
  • Achieve monthly and annual sales targets set by management.

Requirements:

  • Chinese Nationality required
  • No Degree required.
  • 3–5 years’ proven experience in business development (preferably in the UAE).
  • Strong understanding of market dynamics and strategies to generate and grow business
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and under pressure to meet deadlines.
  • UAE driving license preferred.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED8,000.00 per month

  • Business Developer : 3 years (Preferred)
