Introduction

In this position, you will be responsible for developing long-term relationships with customers, key business executives and stakeholders with an objective to help grow our business in this market. The ideal candidate will therefore have strong relationship management skills, experience working across MENA clients , with a results-orientated approach to addressing client needs.


Responsibilities

  • Serve as the senior point of contact for assigned accounts, proactively addressing client needs and solving business challenges.
  • Able to translate research expertise into new business development and growth opportunities with existing accounts and prospects.
  • Work closely with Senior Client Director and be responsible for developing and executing an annual plan to grow both existing and new business in MENA, with the goal to meet and strive to exceed assigned quarterly and annual bookings targets.
  • Ability to create and deliver written and visual storyline packs that engage, inspire and persuade others.
  • Take the lead on developing insightful presentations / proposals and pulling in the appropriate company expertise where needed.
  • Partner with Research Managers to create research designs, sample plans, and final analysis storytelling.
  • Maintain a hands-on, flexible approach to account management, adapting solutions to client needs.
  • Foster strong relationships with internal teams and external clients through effective communication and problem-solving.


Your Profile

  • A minimum of 8+ years of relevant experience , with a specialization in the field of market research / consumer insights / insight-led marketing consultancy.
  • Proven ability to manage key accounts, drive revenue growth, and meet sales targets.
  • Exceptional communication skills (written & verbal) with the ability to craft compelling proposals and presentations.
  • Commercial mindset—able to identify opportunities, develop strategies, and close deals.
  • Excellent active listening and interpersonal skills with the ability to identify problems / opportunities and determine the appropriate and creative paths to resolution.
  • Hands-on, proactive, and adaptable—willing to wear multiple hats in a fast-paced environment.
  • Fluency in English (additional languages a plus).
