Role Overview:

We are seeking a Sales & Business Development Executive who will be responsible for driving revenue growth through identifying new business opportunities, nurturing client relationships, and positioning as a trusted expert in smart home and AV solutions. This is a consultative, high-impact sales role — ideal for someone who thrives in a dynamic, design-led technology environment and is passionate about delivering value to high-end residential and commercial clients.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

  • 2–5 years of sales or business development experience in AV, home automation, IT, security systems, or ELV integration.
  • Proven track record of B2B or project-based solution selling.
  • Tech-savvy with the ability to understand and explain smart home solutions in simple terms.
  • Strong network within the interior design, construction, or real estate industry is a plus.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills — confident, articulate, and persuasive.
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and organized with a “closer” mindset.
  • Energetic, positive, and eager to grow with a high-performance team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and develop new B2B and B2C business opportunities (e.g., interior designers, architects, consultants, contractors, end clients).
  • Generate qualified leads, build a robust pipeline, and close deals to achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets.
  • Conduct client meetings, site visits, and technical walkthroughs (with support from our presales/engineering team).
  • Prepare and present compelling solution proposals and quotations.
  • Maintain CRM with accurate records of leads, follow-ups, and deal stages.
  • Attend industry events and networking functions to represent the brand.
  • Collaborate with the Founder for strategic deals and key accounts.
  • Provide market insights, trends, and competitor intelligence to support company growth and positioning.
