Client Acquisition & Sales
- Identify, approach, and convert high-net-worth individuals, investors and corporate clients.
- Generate, manage, and follow up on qualified leads to build a strong client portfolio.
- Successfully close deals across off-plan market properties.
- Provide clients with professional consultation and market insights to support investment decision-making.
Team Leadership & Training
- Lead, motivate, and develop a team of sales executives (both freshers and experienced staff).
- Provide coaching, sales techniques, and product knowledge to ensure consistent team performance.
- Monitor individual KPIs and overall team targets.
Market & Regulatory Compliance
- Ensure all transactions and practices adhere to Dubai Land Department (DLD) and RERA regulations.
- Maintain updated knowledge of RERA guidelines, documentation requirements, and compliance checklists.
- Guide clients and the sales team through legal and regulatory processes.
Business Development & Strategy
- Develop and implement innovative sales strategies tailored to the Dubai real estate market.
- Collaborate with senior management on marketing campaigns, pricing, and positioning of off-plan products.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and provide actionable insights.
Relationship Management
- Maintain strong relationships with developers, and other stakeholders.
- Act as a trusted advisor for clients, investors ensuring long-term satisfaction and repeat business.
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years’ proven real estate sales experience in the Dubai market, with a strong record of closing high-value deals.
- Strong client network of HNWIs and high-profile investors.
- Excellent knowledge of off-plan projects and property launches.
- Must be RERA certified and fully knowledgeable of Dubai Land Department regulations.
- Strong leadership skills with proven ability to train, manage, and grow a sales team.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Strong strategic mindset with the ability to contribute to business growth and direction.
