Agency / Broker Manager

We are looking for a motivated Agency / Broker Manager to join our team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with real estate brokers.

Requirements:

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Minimum 5 years' experience, preferably in a developer in the UAE
• Knowledge of real estate industry is a must
• Proficient in English- Arabic, French, Germn and Hindi language is an advantage

Key Responsibilities:

• Build and maintain strong relationships with real estate brokers
• Conduct indoor and outdoor meetings with agency or broker partners
• Handle agency /broker account management tasks
• Make and receive phone calls professionally
• Create and manage Excel reports
