Operations Manager - Real Estate Development

We are hiring an Operations Manager to lead and optimize internal operations, ensure compliance, and support the company’s growth. The role requires a strategic professional experienced in streamlining business processes and driving efficiency across multiple departments.

Key Responsibilities:

Operational Oversight

- Oversee and coordinate daily internal operations across HR, Finance, Administration, and Compliance.

- Establish and enforce operational policies, SOPs, and workflows for efficiency and accountability.

- Ensure alignment of departmental activities with company objectives and strategic plans.

Process & Performance Improvement

- Analyze business processes to identify bottlenecks and areas for optimization.

- Develop and implement systems to improve productivity, reduce costs, and maximize efficiency.

- Monitor and report KPIs, preparing regular performance dashboards for management review.

Cross-Departmental Coordination

- Collaborate with Finance on budget planning and cost control.

- Work with HR to manage manpower planning, employee performance, and training initiatives.

- Coordinate with Sales and Projects teams to ensure seamless operational support.

Technology & Systems

- Drive adoption and optimization of ERP/CRM platforms to improve workflows and reporting.

- Lead digital transformation initiatives to automate internal processes.

Leadership & Team Management

- Lead and mentor internal operations staff, fostering a culture of accountability and performance.

- Delegate tasks effectively while ensuring high-quality outputs.

- Promote inter-departmental collaboration to achieve organizational goals

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations, or related field (MBA preferred).
• 5+ years in operations management, preferably in UAE real estate development.
• Proven track record in process improvement and multi-department operations management.
• Proficiency in ERP and MS Office productivity tools. (Excel, Word & etc.)

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in UAE real estate development.
• Strong project coordination and compliance background.
• Knowledge of audits, business continuity planning, and risk management.
