Key Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate books of accounts, general ledger, and financial records.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
• Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable functions.
• Handle invoicing, billing, collections, and payment processing.
• Reconcile bank statements and monitor cash flow.
• Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis.
• Ensure compliance with VAT, taxation, and other UAE financial regulations.
• Liaise with external auditors, banks, and regulatory authorities as required.
• Support management with reports on cost control, profitability, and financial planning.
• Maintain confidentiality of financial information.

Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• Minimum 3–5 years of accounting experience (transport/logistics industry preferred).
• Strong knowledge of UAE VAT laws and compliance requirements.
• Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Tally, )
• Advanced MS Excel and analytical skills.
• Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and problem-solving ability.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
