Sales Executive

Job Description:
We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Sales Executive to lead our sales efforts in Dubai , Sharjah and Ajman regions. The role dealing effectively with the A,Band C class store Manager , Supervisor in getting orders , Promotions , discussing rental space etc., to reach monthly target as fixed by the company time to time .

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and motivate the sales merchantisers across Dubai and Sharjah
• Negotiate with buyers and take orders of goods
• Working knowledge of margins and marketing spend .
• Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve sales and distribution targets.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key retail clients and stakeholders.
• Monitor team performance and provide training and support to improve results.
• Collaborate with logistics to ensure timely product delivery and availability.
• Analyze market trends and identify growth opportunities.
• Prepare and present sales performance reports to senior management.
• We have sales commission on achieving the Target

Requirements:

• Proven experience in sales leadership, preferably in food retail or FMCG.
• MUST HOLD A DEGREE
• Having own car is a MUST.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and team management skills.
• Knowledge of dealing A ,B and C class stores .
• Results-driven with a track record of achieving and exceeding targets.
• Valid UAE driving license.

Salary Includes Car and Petrol Allowance PLUS commission on reaching Target

Pay: AED3,500.00 - AED4,000.00 per month
