Sales Executive

Dubai, United Arab Emirates

  • Develop and execute sales and marketing strategies to generate new business opportunities in waterproofing and construction services.
  • Identify and engage with potential clients including contractors, developers, architects and property managers.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure repeat business and referrals.
  • meet sales targets by generating leads and closing deals.
  • Attend client meetings, Networking events and industry trade shows to enhance brand visibility.
  • Collaborate with the technical team to ensure client satisfaction and smooth project handover.
  • Track sales performance and provide regular reports to management

Requirements

  • Age: Below 30 years
  • Experience: 2-4 years in sales(Preferably within waterproofing, construction, or related industries in Dubai.)
  • Strong client network: At least 10 contacts in construction or property development companies.
  • Proven Track record of achieving sales targets.
  • Strong communication and negotiable skills in English (Hindi is a plus).
  • Knowledge of digital marketing and lead generation techniques is an advantage.
  • Valid UAE driving license preferred.
  • Self-Motivated, target- oriented and able to work independently.
