With a strong reputation and growing market presence, we’re seeking a seasoned Sales Director to lead our sales division, drive performance, and scale our operations.

Job Summary:

We are looking for a high-performing, strategic, and motivational Sales Director to oversee our real estate sales team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in the real estate industry, strong leadership capabilities, and a deep understanding of sales strategies that convert. You will be responsible for driving revenue growth, setting sales targets, mentoring agents, and expanding our market share.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies aligned with the company's growth goals
  • Lead, coach, and manage the sales team to achieve individual and team sales targets
  • Recruit, onboard, and train high-performing real estate agents
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and client needs to identify new business opportunities
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships and strategic partnerships
  • Conduct regular performance reviews, set KPIs, and provide feedback to ensure team efficiency
  • Collaborate with marketing, operations, and senior leadership to align sales efforts
  • Manage sales budgets, forecasts, and reporting
  • Ensure compliance with legal, regulatory, and ethical real estate standards

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Sales Director, or similar leadership role in real estate.
  • Minimum 6-9 years of real estate sales experience with leadership exposure
  • Strong knowledge of local real estate markets, sales techniques, and regulatory environment
  • Exceptional leadership, negotiation, and communication skills
  • Licensed real estate professional (mandatory)
  • Strong organizational and analytical mindset
  • Tech-savvy and proficient in CRM tools and real estate platforms
  • High level of integrity, professionalism, and accountability
