Business Development & Aftersales Executive.

About the Role

We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Business Development & Aftersales Executive to join our growing team. The role combines new business development with aftersales optimization, focusing on driving customer acquisition, partnerships, service contracts, and enhancing the revenue performance of our multi-brand garage. The ideal candidate will bring strong experience in the automotive service/aftersales sector, excellent communication and negotiation skills, and a proven ability to build long-term client relationships.

Key Responsibilities.

Business Growth & Strategy

  • Develop and execute strategies to generate new business opportunities for service, spare parts, accessories, warranties, and customer programs.
  • Identify and approach corporate clients, fleet owners, insurance companies, and individual customers for service contracts and partnerships.
  • Explore new revenue streams including service plans, extended warranties, and digital tools.

Performance Management

  • Track and monitor KPIs such as service retention rates, customer satisfaction, and average invoice value.
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to guide decision-making and identify growth opportunities.
  • Prepare regular business development and performance reports for management.

Customer Retention & Experience

  • Design and implement loyalty and retention programs to maximize repeat business.
  • Ensure high-quality service delivery and post-sale support to strengthen customer satisfaction.
  • Act as a bridge between customers and service teams to resolve issues promptly.

Dealer/Workshop Network Support

  • Collaborate with workshop teams to improve efficiency, customer service quality, and operational excellence.
  • Support service campaigns, promotional initiatives, and technical updates.

Training & Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Coordinate training and enablement programs for service advisors, technicians, and parts staff.
  • Work closely with sales, marketing, supply chain, and technical teams to align business objectives.
  • Provide aftersales insights to improve service offerings and product development.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Automotive Management, or related field (preferred).
  • Minimum 2–4 years of experience in business development and/or aftersales within the automotive or related sectors.
  • Strong negotiation, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently.
  • Excellent knowledge of UAE automotive market dynamics and customer base.

Mandatory Requirement

  • Valid UAE Driving License.
  • Own Car (Compulsory for this role).

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED6,000.00 per month
