Market & Client Development
FOR ENGINEERING CONSULTANICES
- Identify new business opportunities in infrastructure, construction, energy, or other engineering sectors.
- Research market trends and upcoming projects (public and private tenders, government initiatives).
- Build and maintain a pipeline of prospective clients: developers, government agencies, contractors, and investors.
- Represent the consultancy at industry events, exhibitions, and networking sessions.
2. Proposal & Tender Management
- Work with engineering teams to prepare technical and financial proposals, pre-qualifications, and bid submissions.
- Coordinate internal resources to meet tender deadlines and compliance requirements.
- Negotiate commercial terms and assist in contract finalization.
3. Strategic Planning
- Contribute to the business development strategy, setting revenue targets and key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Analyze competitors, pricing trends, and client feedback to refine service offerings.
4. Client Relationship Management
- Act as the primary liaison between clients and the engineering/technical team during early project stages.
- Ensure high client satisfaction to encourage repeat business and referrals.
5. Financial & Reporting Tasks
- Forecast revenue from new and existing clients.
- Prepare regular reports on pipeline status, wins/losses, and market intelligence for senior management.
6. Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Work with design, engineering, and project management teams to align proposals with technical capabilities.
- Coordinate with marketing for brochures, presentations, and online content.
Qualifications:
1. Atleast 5 years of experience for the same field.
2. Bachelor Degree
