We are looking for a motivated Business Development Executive to join our team at Kustom Deco Furniture Trading LLC, Dubai.
Responsibilities:
- Generate new B2B & B2C leads in luxury residential, commercial, and hospitality sectors
- Build relationships with developers, architects, and real estate agents
- Manage the full sales cycle from lead to closure
- Present customized furniture & curtain solutions to clients
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth project delivery
- Maintain sales pipeline, forecasts, and client satisfaction
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Interior Design, or related field
- 2+ years’ sales/business development experience in furniture, interiors, or fit-out (UAE preferred)
- Strong communication & negotiation skills
- Valid UAE Driving License (required)
- Passion for design & luxury interiors
KPIs:
- 10+ qualified leads monthly
- 3+ project closures monthly
- AED 100,000+ revenue target (variable by season)
