Business Development Executive - Furniture & Interior design

Dubai, United Arab Emirates

We are looking for a motivated Business Development Executive to join our team at Kustom Deco Furniture Trading LLC, Dubai.

Responsibilities:

  • Generate new B2B & B2C leads in luxury residential, commercial, and hospitality sectors
  • Build relationships with developers, architects, and real estate agents
  • Manage the full sales cycle from lead to closure
  • Present customized furniture & curtain solutions to clients
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth project delivery
  • Maintain sales pipeline, forecasts, and client satisfaction

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Interior Design, or related field
  • 2+ years’ sales/business development experience in furniture, interiors, or fit-out (UAE preferred)
  • Strong communication & negotiation skills
  • Valid UAE Driving License (required)
  • Passion for design & luxury interiors

KPIs:

  • 10+ qualified leads monthly
  • 3+ project closures monthly
  • AED 100,000+ revenue target (variable by season)
