Business Developer – Holiday Homes (Commission-Based)

Role Overview:
We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Business Developer to join our team. This role is fully focused on acquiring new partnerships and expanding our holiday home portfolio. You will work remotely and enjoy the flexibility of a commission-based structure, directly benefiting from the deals you bring in.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify, reach out to, and secure new property owners for partnership.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with property owners, investors, and relevant stakeholders.
• Present our services professionally and negotiate terms to close deals.
• Stay updated on market trends and competitors to identify growth opportunities.
• Identify and develop new income streams for the company through strategic partnerships, collaborations, and innovative business opportunities.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in sales, business development, or property acquisition (short-term rentals preferred).
• Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills.
• Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently.
• Knowledge of the UAE real estate or hospitality market is a must.

Compensation:

• 100% commission-based. Competitive rates per property acquired (starting at 3%).
