Role Summary<ul><li>The MIS &ndash; Internal Audit &amp; Automation role is responsible for managing and</li></ul>strengthening the organization&rsquo;s MIS reporting, budgeting, audit coordination, and processautomation initiatives.<ul><li>The role supports management decision-making by delivering accurate, timely, and</li></ul>insightful reports.<ul><li>Ensures statutory and internal audit compliance while driving digitisation and automation</li></ul>of key financial and operational processes.Key ResponsibilitiesMIS &amp; Reporting<ul><li>Prepare MIS in prescribed formats for management review.</li></ul><ul><li>Prepare monthly and quarterly variance analysis (Budget vs Actual).</li></ul><ul><li>Develop board meeting presentations, dashboards, and management reports.</li></ul><ul><li>Prepare cost-benefit analysis reports to support business decisions.</li></ul><ul><li>Prepare CMA data and documentation for bank proposals.</li></ul><ul><li>Prepare financial data and reports for statutory audits.</li></ul><ul><li>Prepare and share reports required by investors and stakeholders.</li></ul>Budgeting<ul><li>Prepare annual budgets as per management directives.</li></ul><ul><li>Monitor monthly budgeted vs actual performance and highlight variances.</li></ul><ul><li>Support management with budget reviews and corrective action tracking.</li></ul>Statutory Audit Coordination<ul><li>Prepare financial statements and supporting schedules for statutory audits.</li></ul><ul><li>Coordinate with internal teams and external auditors to ensure timely audit completion.</li></ul><ul><li>Resolve audit queries within defined timelines.</li></ul><ul><li>Ensure timely sign-off of financial statements and audit reports.</li></ul>Internal Audit<ul><li>Ensure timely closure of internal audit scope.</li></ul><ul><li>Coordinate with departments and internal auditors to complete audits within agreed</li></ul>timelines.<ul><li>Track and ensure implementation of internal audit observations and recommendations.</li></ul><ul><li>Present internal audit findings and action-taken reports to management.</li></ul>Process Digitisation &amp; Automation<ul><li>Identify reports and processes suitable for digitisation and automation.</li></ul><ul><li>Coordinate with user departments and IT team for automation initiatives.</li></ul><ul><li>Ensure timely completion of automation of identified reports and processes.</li></ul><ul><li>Support continuous improvement through process standardisation and system</li></ul>optimisation.Required Qualifications<ul><li>CA / Inter CA / CMA (preferred).</li></ul><ul><li>Strong academic background in finance, accounting, or management reporting.</li></ul>Experience &amp; Industry Background<ul><li>Minimum 2&ndash;3 years of relevant experience in MIS, budgeting, audit coordination, or</li></ul>financial<ul><li>Experience in manufacturing, building materials, or process driven industries preferred.</li></ul><ul><li>Hands-on experience with ERP systems such as Navision / Business Central is highly</li></ul>desirable.<ul><li>Strong understanding of ERP processes, reporting structures, and data controls.</li></ul>Skills &amp; Competencies<ul><li>Strong analytical and reporting skills.</li></ul><ul><li>Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and MIS tools.</li></ul><ul><li>Good understanding of budgeting, audits, and compliance requirements.</li></ul><ul><li>Ability to coordinate with cross-functional teams and external auditors.</li></ul><ul><li>Detail-oriented with strong follow-up and execution skills.</li></ul><ul><li>Good communication and presentation skills.</li></ul><ul><li>High level of integrity, confidentiality, and ownership.</li></ul>Job Types: Full-time, PermanentPay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per monthBenefits:<ul><li>Health insurance</li><li>Provident Fund</li></ul>Experience:<ul><li>MIS, budgeting, audit coordination, or financial: 2 years (Preferred)</li><li>manufacturing, building materials: 2 years (Preferred)</li><li>ERP systems: 2 years (Preferred)</li></ul>Work Location: In person
