Role Summary
- The MIS – Internal Audit & Automation role is responsible for managing and
strengthening the organization’s MIS reporting, budgeting, audit coordination, and process
automation initiatives.
- The role supports management decision-making by delivering accurate, timely, and
insightful reports.
- Ensures statutory and internal audit compliance while driving digitisation and automation
of key financial and operational processes.
Key Responsibilities
MIS & Reporting
- Prepare MIS in prescribed formats for management review.
- Prepare monthly and quarterly variance analysis (Budget vs Actual).
- Develop board meeting presentations, dashboards, and management reports.
- Prepare cost-benefit analysis reports to support business decisions.
- Prepare CMA data and documentation for bank proposals.
- Prepare financial data and reports for statutory audits.
- Prepare and share reports required by investors and stakeholders.
Budgeting
- Prepare annual budgets as per management directives.
- Monitor monthly budgeted vs actual performance and highlight variances.
- Support management with budget reviews and corrective action tracking.
Statutory Audit Coordination
- Prepare financial statements and supporting schedules for statutory audits.
- Coordinate with internal teams and external auditors to ensure timely audit completion.
- Resolve audit queries within defined timelines.
- Ensure timely sign-off of financial statements and audit reports.
Internal Audit
- Ensure timely closure of internal audit scope.
- Coordinate with departments and internal auditors to complete audits within agreed
timelines.
- Track and ensure implementation of internal audit observations and recommendations.
- Present internal audit findings and action-taken reports to management.
Process Digitisation & Automation
- Identify reports and processes suitable for digitisation and automation.
- Coordinate with user departments and IT team for automation initiatives.
- Ensure timely completion of automation of identified reports and processes.
- Support continuous improvement through process standardisation and system
optimisation.
Required Qualifications
- CA / Inter CA / CMA (preferred).
- Strong academic background in finance, accounting, or management reporting.
Experience & Industry Background
- Minimum 2–3 years of relevant experience in MIS, budgeting, audit coordination, or
financial
- Experience in manufacturing, building materials, or process driven industries preferred.
- Hands-on experience with ERP systems such as Navision / Business Central is highly
desirable.
- Strong understanding of ERP processes, reporting structures, and data controls.
Skills & Competencies
- Strong analytical and reporting skills.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and MIS tools.
- Good understanding of budgeting, audits, and compliance requirements.
- Ability to coordinate with cross-functional teams and external auditors.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month
