The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of design trends, materials, and customer preferences and will collaborate with various teams to bring unique concepts to life while maintaining the highest standards of craftsmanship.Key Responsibilities:&#9679; Design Concept Development: &#9675; Generate innovative design concepts based on market trends and customer preferences. &#9675; Produce detailed sketches and illustrations to visualize ideas.&#9679; CAD Collaboration: &#9675; Work with CAD designers to translate hand sketches into detailed models. &#9675; Conduct reviews of prototypes and CAD models to ensure alignment with design specifications.&#9679; Material Selection &amp; Research: &#9675; Select appropriate materials, considering aesthetics, durability, and ethical considerations. &#9675; Stay informed about advancements in jewelry materials and integrate them into designs.&#9679; Prototyping &amp; Iteration: &#9675; Collaborate with the product development team to create and refine prototypes. &#9675; Iterate on designs based on feedback to ensure alignment with creative vision.&#9679; Trend Analysis &amp; Collaboration: &#9675; Stay updated on industry trends and use findings to enhance designs. &#9675; Collaborate with gemologists and cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of design elements.&#9679; Communication &amp; Presentation: &#9675; Participate in design reviews and effectively present concepts to internal teams. &#9675; Ensure designs align with marketing and product development objectives.Required Skills &amp; Experience:&#9679; Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Jewelry Design, Fine Arts, or a related field from reputed institutions like NID, NIFT, or IIGJ. &#9679; Proficiency in hand sketching, illustration, and CAD software (e.g., Rhino, Matrix). &#9679; Proven experience in jewelry design, preferably with lab-grown diamonds. &#9679; Strong understanding of materials, gemstones, and manufacturing processes. &#9679; Attention to detail and ability to balance creativity with practical considerations. &#9679; Effective communication skills and ability to work collaboratively.Preferred Qualifications: &#9679; 3-5 years of experience in jewelry design. &#9679; Knowledge of tools such as Corel or Adobe Creative Suite is a plus.Job Type: Full-timePay: &#8377;15,200.00 - &#8377;48,948.22 per monthBenefits:<ul><li>Food provided</li><li>Paid sick time</li><li>Paid time off</li><li>Provident Fund</li></ul>Ability to commute/relocate:<ul><li>Hajira, Surat, Gujarat: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)</li></ul>Experience:<ul><li>procreate: 1 year (Required)</li><li>CorelDraw: 1 year (Preferred)</li><li>Sketch: 1 year (Preferred)</li><li>PD sheet: 1 year (Required)</li></ul>Work Location: In person
