Jr. Accountant

Key Responsibilities:
Maintain financial records, manage accounts payable/receivable, cash flow, and month-end closures.
Conduct stock audits, ensure accurate inventory valuation, and resolve discrepancies.
Prepare GST, TDS, and statutory filings, ensuring multi-state compliance.
Generate financial statements, MIS reports, and analyze data for trends and savings.
Foster a positive work environment, mentor team members, and lead retail expansion initiatives.
Optimize financial systems and internal controls for efficiency and accuracy.

Qualifications & Skills:
Bachelor’s/Master’s in Accounting or Finance with proven experience in the jewellery or retail industry.
Strong knowledge of GST, TDS, and multi-state regulations.
Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Tally, QuickBooks) and MS Excel.
Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
Strong leadership abilities with a focus on team-building and collaboration.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹26,000.00 per month
