Company: AIMS General Contracting LLC Location: UAE (Project Site Based)Job Summary: AIMS General Contracting LLC is looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Quality Controller (Assistant) to support the QA/QC team in ensuring that construction activities comply with project specifications, quality standards, and approved drawings. The ideal candidate will assist in inspections, documentation, and coordination with site teams to maintain high-quality workmanship on site.Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Assist the QA/QC Engineer in conducting site inspections and monitoring construction activities.</li><li>Ensure work is executed according to approved drawings, specifications, and quality standards.</li><li>Maintain quality records, inspection reports, and documentation.</li><li>Assist in preparing Inspection Requests (IRs) and Material Inspection Requests (MIRs).</li><li>Monitor site activities to ensure compliance with project quality plans.</li><li>Coordinate with site engineers, supervisors, and subcontractors regarding quality requirements.</li><li>Support in preparing quality reports and maintaining filing systems.</li><li>Report any non-conformance issues to the QA/QC Engineer.</li></ul>Qualifications:<ul><li>Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering or related field.</li><li>1&ndash;3 years of experience in construction quality control or site supervision (fresh graduates may be considered).</li><li>Basic knowledge of construction quality standards and inspection procedures.</li><li>Familiarity with QA/QC documentation and reporting.</li><li>Good communication and coordination skills.</li><li>Proficiency in MS Office.</li></ul>Preferred Skills:<ul><li>Knowledge of ISO quality standards.</li><li>Experience in road, infrastructure, or building construction projects is an advantage.</li></ul>Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED3,500.00 per hourWork Location: In person
