Job SummaryWe are seeking a detail-oriented Technical Office Engineer to support project planning, documentation, coordination, and technical review processes. The ideal candidate will assist in preparing technical submittals, drawings, and reports while ensuring compliance with project specifications and standards.Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Prepare, review, and submit shop drawings, material submittals, method statements, and technical documents.</li><li>Coordinate with site engineers, consultants, and subcontractors regarding technical matters.</li><li>Ensure all project documents comply with contract requirements and standards.</li><li>Assist in quantity take-offs, cost estimates, and project planning schedules.</li><li>Maintain document control logs and ensure timely submission approvals.</li><li>Support project teams with technical clarifications and design coordination.</li><li>Review IFC drawings and highlight discrepancies for resolution.</li><li>Prepare progress reports and technical correspondence.</li></ul>Requirements<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Civil Engineering or related field.</li><li>0-1 year of experience in construction or engineering projects.</li><li>Strong knowledge of construction drawings, specifications, and standards.</li><li>Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Office, and document management systems.</li><li>Excellent communication and coordination skills.</li><li>Ability to work under deadlines and manage multiple tasks.</li></ul>Preferred Qualifications<ul><li>Experience working in contracting or consulting companies.</li><li>Familiarity with project management software (e.g., Primavera or MS Project).</li><li>Knowledge of local authority regulations and submission procedures.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: AED2,500.00 - AED3,500.00 per month
