One of our key projects supports a UK-based healthcare recruitment agency that works with care homes, nursing homes, and healthcare providers across the United Kingdom to fill permanent staffing vacancies.Role Overview:We are looking for a confident and professional Business Development &amp; Client Relationship Executive based in Pakistan to communicate with our UK healthcare clients, maintain strong relationships, and identify current vacancies that our recruitment team can work on.The role requires excellent English communication skills and the ability to confidently speak with UK clients over the phone.Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Contact healthcare clients across the UK via phone and email.</li><li>Build and maintain strong professional relationships with care homes and healthcare providers.</li><li>Speak with clients to identify current recruitment needs and vacancies.</li><li>Maintain regular communication with existing clients to keep vacancy updates.</li><li>Record and update client information and vacancies in the CRM system.</li><li>Support business development by identifying potential new clients.</li><li>Coordinate with the recruitment team to ensure vacancies are filled efficiently.</li><li>Provide regular reports on client interactions and vacancy updates.</li></ul>Requirements<ul><li>Excellent spoken and written English communication skills.</li><li>Strong confidence in phone-based client communication.</li><li>Previous experience in sales, customer service, call center, or recruitment preferred.</li><li>Ability to build professional relationships with international clients.</li><li>Good organizational and record-keeping skills.</li><li>Familiarity with Microsoft Office / CRM systems is an advantage.</li><li>Ability to work during UK working hours.</li></ul>Preferred Experience<ul><li>Experience working with UK clients.</li><li>Experience in recruitment, telesales, or business development.</li><li>Knowledge of the UK healthcare sector is a plus.</li></ul>What We Offer<ul><li>Competitive salary</li><li>Opportunity to work with an established UK recruitment agency</li><li>Career growth and development opportunities</li><li>Performance-based incentives</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: Rs35,000.00 - Rs40,000.00 per monthWork Location: In person
