Outbound Candidate Resourcer - UK Market

Pay: Rs35,000.00 - Rs40,000.00 per month

Location: 8th Floor Chohan Tower, Shadman Lahore

Timing: 1pm till 10pm

Role Overview

We are looking for a sharp, motivated, and fluent English-speaking Recruitment Resourcer to join our growing team in Lahore. In this role, you will be the backbone of our UK Healthcare recruitment operations. Your primary responsibility will be to source, screen, and call potential healthcare candidates (Nurses, Care Assistants) across the UK market.

This is an outbound calling and candidate engagement role. If you have excellent communication skills, a thick skin for handling rejections, and a passion for hitting targets, this role offers an exceptional career path with a high commission potential.

Key Responsibilities

  • High-Volume Outbound Calling: Make daily outbound calls to UK-based healthcare candidates (Nurses, Care Assistants) to pitch active job vacancies and check their availability.
  • Candidate Sourcing: Actively source and mine high-quality candidate data from UK job boards using specific local postcodes and job filters.
  • Initial Screening & Vetting: Conduct telephone interviews to assess candidates' English communication skills, clinical experience, salary expectations, and legal Right to Work in the UK.
  • CRM Data Management: Maintain absolute data hygiene by updating candidate profiles, call logs, and status changes in our custom recruitment CRM in real-time.
  • Pipeline Building: Create and nurture a warm pipeline of pre-vetted candidates to ensure rapid placements whenever urgent shift requests come in from UK care homes.
  • Target Achievement: Meet and exceed weekly and monthly Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) related to call volume, talk time, and successfully shortlisted candidates.

Required Skills & Experience

  • Experience: Fresh graduates with exceptional communication skills are welcome to apply. Minimum 6 months of experience in an outbound call center, BPO, international customer service, or lead generation campaign (UK/US markets) is highly preferred.
  • English Language Proficiency: Strong verbal and written English communication skills with a clear, neutral, or professional accent. Ability to confidently converse with native UK citizens over the phone.
  • Active Listening & Screening: Ability to listen carefully to candidate responses, ask relevant screening questions, and identify whether a candidate meets the job criteria.
  • Basic Tech Skills: Familiarity with using computers, managing data in Excel/Google Sheets, and the ability to quickly learn how to operate a recruitment CRM.
  • Resilience & Attitude: A positive attitude with a "thick skin" to handle phone rejections professionally and stay motivated throughout the shift.
  • Punctuality: Strong commitment to time management and regular attendance, with the flexibility to work afternoon/night shifts aligned with UK business hours.
