Our front office is need of a multi-tasking TEAM member with a TRUE TEAM SPIRIT!SUMMARY OF RESPONSIBILITIES:Multi-tasking is a must have!! Dispatcher duties include inputting requests for service repairs and preventative maintenance from customers into our software system. Dispatcher assists the Service Manager in scheduling and distributing the calls to the appropriately skilled technician. General receptionist duties including answering a busy multi-line phone system, mailing correspondence and filing.ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:Answering phones and general office tasksWork directly with Service Manager to perform administrative tasksReceive, Enter, Log, Schedule and Coordinate service work requests from customersPrioritize calls based on urgency of the situationReceive communication from service technicians and verify status of all service jobs to determine if it is complete or if it needs other attentionCommunicate with technicians of type and location of work to be performed and dispatch technicians to the jobPrepare the next days schedule board with the Service Manager for the technicians the day before.Process service and preventative maintenance invoices, work orders &amp; credit card payments on a daily basis.Learn to be a TRUE Back-up to each member of the FRONT OFFICE TEAMJOB QUALIFICATIONS:&middot; Proficiently operate the PC, multi-line telephone and standard office equipment&middot; Have good telephone and written communication skills&middot; Have legible handwriting&middot; Have the ability to perform in very stressful situations&middot; Be able to work overtime hours as business necessitates&middot; Prior experience in this field or related field is helpful but not necessaryJob Type: Full-timePay: $18.00 - $23.00 per hourExpected hours: 40 &ndash; 47 per weekBenefits:<ul><li>401(k) matching</li><li>Dental insurance</li><li>Employee discount</li><li>Health insurance</li><li>Life insurance</li><li>Paid time off</li><li>Vision insurance</li></ul>License/Certification:<ul><li>Driver's License (Required)</li></ul>Ability to Commute:<ul><li>Pensacola, FL 32505 (Required)</li></ul>Work Location: In person
