Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Dental Office Manager to join our private practice. The ideal candidate will be efficient with Eaglesoft software and have a strong knowledge of medical billing. Our office specializes in TMJ, orthodontics, and general dentistry, and we pride ourselves on maintaining a healthy and supportive work environment.This position requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage various administrative tasks effectively.Key Responsibilities:- Oversee daily office operations- Manage patient scheduling and records for TMJ and Orthodontic schedule.- Ensure accurate medical billing and insurance claims processing- Maintain a positive patient experience- Collaborate with dental staff to improve practice efficiencyQualifications :- Proven experience in dental office management- Proficiency in Eaglesoft software- Strong knowledge of medical billing procedures- Excellent organizational and communication skills- Basic knowledge or experience working in TMJ or orthodontics office.Duties<ul><li>Assist with daily office operations, ensuring efficient workflow and patient management.</li><li>Schedule appointments and manage patient records using eClinicalWorks and Eaglesoft systems.</li><li>Handle patient inquiries and provide information regarding services offered at the dental clinic.</li><li>Maintain accurate billing and coding practices, including budgeting for office expenses.</li><li>Collaborate with dental staff to ensure compliance with JCAHO standards and regulations.</li><li>Manage inventory of dental supplies and equipment, placing orders as necessary.</li><li>Support the office management team in maintaining a clean and welcoming environment for patients.</li><li>Assist in preparing treatment rooms for patient visits, ensuring all necessary tools are available.</li><li>Strong knowledge of medical billing procedures</li></ul>Qualifications<ul><li>Previous experience in a dental clinic or healthcare setting is preferred.</li><li>Familiarity with eClinicalWorks and Eaglesoft software is highly desirable.</li><li>Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.</li><li>Knowledge of budgeting practices within a healthcare context is a plus.</li><li>Understanding of acute care protocols and JCAHO standards is beneficial.</li><li>Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a focus on customer service.</li><li>Ability to work collaboratively within a team-oriented environment while managing individual responsibilities.</li></ul>If you are passionate about providing exceptional dental care and have the skills to lead our front office, please submit your resume for consideration.
