HVAC Service TechnicianAirport Heating &amp; Cooling &ndash; Lexington, SCAirport Heating &amp; Cooling is a family-owned HVAC company serving the Midlands since 1994. We&rsquo;re not a corporate, private-equity-backed shop &mdash; we focus on quality work, taking care of our customers, and supporting our team.We&rsquo;re looking for an experienced HVAC Service Technician who takes pride in their work, shows up ready to perform, and wants to be part of a tight, no-drama team.What You&rsquo;ll Do<ul><li>Diagnose and repair residential HVAC systems (heat pumps, gas furnaces, package units)</li><li>Perform service calls with a focus on fixing the problem right the first time</li><li>Communicate clearly with customers about issues and solutions</li><li>Complete service tickets and documentation in our CRM (FieldEdge / transitioning to ServiceTitan)</li><li>Maintain a clean, organized truck and proper inventory</li><li>Participate in on-call rotation (currently ~1 week every 4&ndash;5 weeks)</li></ul>What We Expect<ul><li>Strong troubleshooting ability across multiple brands (not just one)</li><li>Ability to work independently without constant supervision</li><li>Professional communication with customers and team</li><li>Reliable attendance and punctuality</li><li>Willingness to learn and improve &mdash; we track performance and expect growth</li><li>If it&rsquo;s not in the CRM, it didn&rsquo;t happen</li></ul>Requirements<ul><li>2+ years HVAC service experience preferred</li><li>EPA Certification (required)</li><li>Valid driver&rsquo;s license (clean record)</li><li>Ability to work in attics, crawl spaces, and outdoor conditions</li><li>Basic electrical and mechanical diagnostic skills</li></ul>Compensation &amp; Benefits<ul><li>$25&ndash;$32/hour based on experience</li><li>Overtime available</li><li>Take-home company vehicle</li><li>Gas card</li><li>Company iPad</li><li>Paid training and development</li><li>Opportunity for advancement</li></ul>Why Work Here<ul><li>Family-owned and operated &mdash; not corporate</li><li>Steady, year-round work</li><li>Supportive team that actually communicates</li><li>Clear expectations and accountability</li><li>We focus on doing the job right, not rushing to the next one</li></ul>Pay: $25.76 - $31.03 per hourBenefits:<ul><li>Company truck</li><li>Dental insurance</li><li>Fuel card</li><li>Health insurance</li><li>Life insurance</li><li>Paid time off</li><li>Vision insurance</li></ul>Work Location: On the road
