HVAC Service Technician

Airport Heating & Cooling – Lexington, SC

Airport Heating & Cooling is a family-owned HVAC company serving the Midlands since 1994. We’re not a corporate, private-equity-backed shop — we focus on quality work, taking care of our customers, and supporting our team.

We’re looking for an experienced HVAC Service Technician who takes pride in their work, shows up ready to perform, and wants to be part of a tight, no-drama team.

What You’ll Do

• Diagnose and repair residential HVAC systems (heat pumps, gas furnaces, package units)
• Perform service calls with a focus on fixing the problem right the first time
• Communicate clearly with customers about issues and solutions
• Complete service tickets and documentation in our CRM (FieldEdge / transitioning to ServiceTitan)
• Maintain a clean, organized truck and proper inventory
• Participate in on-call rotation (currently ~1 week every 4–5 weeks)

Requirements

• 2+ years HVAC service experience preferred
• EPA Certification (required)
• Valid driver’s license (clean record)
• Ability to work in attics, crawl spaces, and outdoor conditions
• Basic electrical and mechanical diagnostic skills

Pay: $25.76 - $31.03 per hour
