HVAC Service Technician – A Players Only

What We're Looking For

• Minimum of 5 years of HVAC service experience
• Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently
• Honest, dependable, and accountable
• Team-first attitude—we succeed together
• Positive, professional, and respectful with customers and coworkers
• Clean driving record and valid driver's license
• EPA Certification (preferred/required if applicable)

Responsibilities

• Diagnose, repair, and maintain residential and/or commercial HVAC systems
• Communicate clearly with customers about repairs and recommendations
• Complete service calls efficiently while maintaining high-quality workmanship
• Keep accurate service records and documentation
• Maintain a clean, organized service vehicle
• Support teammates and contribute to a positive company culture

Pay: $24.56 - $40.00 per hour
