OverviewWe&rsquo;re expanding and looking for an experienced, high-energy HVAC Department Manager to lead our growing HVAC team. If you&rsquo;re a strong leader with technical expertise and a drive to build high-performing teams, this role gives you the opportunity to make a major impact. You&rsquo;ll oversee operations, support technicians, and help us scale as demand grows.ResponsibilitiesLeadership &amp; Team Development<ul><li>Lead, mentor, and develop HVAC service and install techs</li><li>Recruit and onboard new technicians</li><li>Build a positive, accountable, team-driven culture</li></ul>Operations Management<ul><li>Oversee daily HVAC service, install, and maintenance operations</li><li>Manage technician schedules and job assignments</li><li>Ensure safety, quality control, and code compliance</li><li>Support complex jobs with technical guidance</li></ul>Customer &amp; Project Support<ul><li>Assist with customer escalations and project planning</li><li>Ensure fast, accurate, high-quality job completion</li><li>Strengthen customer satisfaction and repeat business</li></ul>Performance &amp; Growth<ul><li>Track KPIs and implement improvements</li><li>Work with leadership on budgeting, forecasting, and inventory</li><li>Support sales with estimates, proposals, and technical insights</li></ul>Qualifications<ul><li>5+ years HVAC experience (service or install)</li><li>2+ years leadership or supervisory experience</li><li>Strong HVAC technical background</li><li>EPA certification</li><li>Excellent communication and problem-solving skills</li><li>Ability to lead a team in a fast-moving, growth-focused environment</li></ul>Benefits<ul><li>Competitive pay + performance bonuses</li><li>Medical, dental, and vision</li><li>Paid time off and holidays</li><li>Company vehicle</li><li>Ongoing training &amp; professional development</li><li>Team-oriented culture with real advancement opportunities</li></ul>Why This Role MattersThis position plays a key role in driving the performance and growth of our HVAC department.
