Job Overview:We are urgently seeking a skilled and detail-oriented WooCommerce Developer with a minimum of 2&ndash;3 years of hands-on experience. The ideal candidate must be able to independently manage end-to-end WooCommerce projects, including customisations, optimisations, and eCommerce solution integrations.This role requires strong technical expertise, accountability, and the ability to perform in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment.Work Structure &amp; Timings:<ul><li>Male Candidates (Preferred Onsite):</li></ul>- Required to work onsite (Upper Mall, Lahore) - Must be available for evening/night shift (starting from 7:00 PM onwards, aligned with US time zones)<ul><li>Female Candidates (Remote Option Available):</li></ul>- May work remotely - Flexible working hours, provided tasks are delivered within agreed deadlines and quality standardsKey Responsibilities:<ul><li>Develop, customize, and maintain WooCommerce-based websites</li><li>Build custom themes and plugins aligned with business requirements</li><li>Optimize website performance, speed, and scalability</li><li>Integrate third-party APIs, payment gateways, and shipping systems</li><li>Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve technical issues efficiently</li><li>Ensure responsive design and cross-browser compatibility</li><li>Implement SEO best practices and optimize site structure</li><li>Manage website security, updates, and backups</li><li>Collaborate with internal teams including design and marketing</li><li>Handle migrations, upgrades, and version control</li></ul>Required Skills &amp; Qualifications:<ul><li>Minimum 2&ndash;3 years of proven WooCommerce development experience</li><li>Strong command of WordPress, WooCommerce, PHP, MySQL</li><li>Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and jQuery</li><li>Experience in custom plugin and theme development</li><li>Familiarity with REST APIs and third-party integrations</li><li>Strong understanding of performance optimisation techniques</li><li>Experience using Git or other version control systems</li><li>Excellent debugging and problem-solving skills</li><li>Ability to manage workload independently and meet deadlines</li></ul>Preferred Qualifications:<ul><li>Experience working with international clients (US markets)</li><li>Familiarity with page builders (Elementor, WPBakery, etc.)</li><li>Understanding of technical and on-page SEO</li><li>Basic knowledge of UI/UX principles</li><li>Knowledge of WordPress/WooCommerce security best practices</li></ul>Compensation:<ul><li>Salary will be determined based on working hours, experience, and skillset</li><li>Final compensation will be discussed and agreed upon during the final interview stage</li></ul>Important Conditions (Non-Negotiable):<ul><li>Work Monitoring:</li></ul>The candidate&rsquo;s screen activity will be monitored during working hours to ensure productivity and compliance with company standards<ul><li>Confidentiality Agreement (NDA):</li></ul>The selected candidate will be required to sign a legally binding Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA).
