We are hiring a General Labor full-time employee for our apartment community in Euclid.Benefits: $18/hour + Free Rent After 90 Days (Details discussed during the interview process.)Reports To: The Maintenance ManagerHours: 8:00 am to 4:30 pm with a &frac12; hour unpaid lunch Monday Through Friday. There may be the possibility of having to work a Saturday when the need arises. This is a Full-time position.Essential Job Functions:Property Support and Duties:<ul><li>Provides help and support for the maintenance technicians and housekeepers.</li><li>Handling the trash outs of apartment units.</li><li>Cleaning up the exterior of the grounds and dumpster areas.</li><li>Picking up debris around the properties and any groundskeeping duties.</li><li>Be able to be insured driving a company vehicle.</li><li>Be able to drive a pickup truck with a plow on it.</li><li>Must be able to lift over 50 pounds and be physically fit.</li><li>Must be able to operate landscaping equipment.</li><li>Must have light maintenance skills to turn apartment units.</li><li>Must be able to shovel walks and operate a snow blower and salt the walks and driveways.</li><li>There may be other tasks that you may be asked to do that are not included in this brief job description.</li><li>Must have a valid driver's license.</li><li>You may have to drive your own vehicle at times, there is a stipend for this.</li></ul>Professionalism and Teamwork:<ul><li>Willingness to help others accomplish assigned tasks and reach team goals.</li><li>Reliable, dependable and trustworthy.</li><li>Builds and maintains ongoing positive working relationships.</li><li>Asks/receives help via guidance/constructive criticism in a gracious manner.</li><li>Professional communication skills and a polished presentation of self as you represent the company.</li><li>When provided with equipment and tools, these items must be taken care of and not abused.</li><li>When driving a company vehicle, it should be taken care of and not abused and kept clean and in good condition.</li><li>Must be in designated uniform at all times.</li><li>Must be available for on-call for any emergencies that arise.
