AIY Properties owns and manages apartment communities throughout Northeast Ohio. We are hiring a General Labor full-time employee for our apartment community in Euclid.

Benefits: $18/hour + Free Rent After 90 Days (Details discussed during the interview process.)

Reports To: The Maintenance Manager

Hours: 8:00 am to 4:30 pm with a ½ hour unpaid lunch Monday Through Friday. There may be the possibility of having to work a Saturday when the need arises. This is a Full-time position.

Essential Job Functions:

Property Support and Duties:

• Provides help and support for the maintenance technicians and housekeepers.
• Handling the trash outs of apartment units.
• Cleaning up the exterior of the grounds and dumpster areas.
• Picking up debris around the properties and any groundskeeping duties.
• Be able to be insured driving a company vehicle.
• Be able to drive a pickup truck with a plow on it.
• Must be able to lift over 50 pounds and be physically fit.
• Must be able to operate landscaping equipment.
• Must have light maintenance skills to turn apartment units.
• Must be able to shovel walks and operate a snow blower and salt the walks and driveways.
• There may be other tasks that you may be asked to do that are not included in this brief job description.
• Must have a valid driver's license.
• You may have to drive your own vehicle at times, there is a stipend for this.

• Must be in designated uniform at all times.
• Must be available for on-call for any emergencies that arise. This may be coming in on the weekends or holidays or after regular business hours.
