We operate ethically and with concern for the sustainability of the environment, the quality of our communities, and the longevity of our customer relationships.We have an exciting opportunity for a successful, detailed and results driven Quality Manager to join our team to provide leadership for our quality initiatives!What you will bring to our organization:<ul><li>BS in Quality, Engineering, or related technical field or a 2-year Technical Degree and 4 years&rsquo; experience in a relevant field. Or any combination of education and experience to be considered equivalent.</li><li>In-depth understanding of quality control procedures</li><li>Proven experience in the areas of process control and production in the manufacturing setting. Lean manufacturing knowledge is preferred</li><li>A high knowledge of measurement equipment (tape measure, caliper, micrometer, and working knowledge of data analysis/statistical methods</li><li>Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with strong attention to detail</li><li>Supervisory experience a plus</li><li>Excellent organizational and leadership skills</li><li>Team oriented, approachable, respectful, and willing to engage with the production floor environment</li><li>Excellent ability to communicate including interpersonal and customer service skills</li><li>Detail and result-driven</li><li>Proficient with MS software packages; Excel, Word, Office, Etc.</li></ul>What your responsibilities will be:<ul><li>Demonstrate an understanding of customer needs and ensure our products and services exceed customer expectations</li><li>Manage the A. J. Quality Department and work seamlessly with internal departments such as Engineering, Operations/Production, Training and Purchasing to support product form, fit and function. This may include customer and supplier interaction.</li><li>Lead Quality Management System (QMS) software. Monitor, measure, analyze, and continually improve quality metrics as part of the quality management system.</li><li>Participate in the development, documentation and implementation of the controls necessary to achieve a consistent and reproducible process for new and existing products.</li><li>Participate in cross-functional and product development teams.</li><li>Lead and participate in problem-solving and corrective action activities and projects.</li><li>Leadership role in Quality Audit both internally and externally.</li></ul>Competitive salary commensurate with education and experienceJob Type: Full-timeBase Pay: $60,000.00 - $70,000.00 per yearBenefits:<ul><li>401(k)</li><li>Dental insurance</li><li>Health insurance</li><li>Health savings account</li><li>Life insurance</li><li>Paid time off</li><li>Vision insurance</li></ul>Education:<ul><li>Bachelor's (Preferred)</li></ul>Experience:<ul><li>Quality Management: 4 years (Preferred)</li></ul>Work Location: In person
