 We are looking for a highly skilled and creative YouTube Video Editor to join our team full-time in-office in Hyderabad, Pakistan.
 
 
 
 
 
 The ideal candidate has experience editing long-form YouTube videos and documentary-style content, with a strong understanding of storytelling, audience retention, pacing, sound design, subtitles, motion graphics, and cinematic editing techniques.
 
 
 
 
 
 You will be working on high-quality long-form YouTube content focused on crime, mafia, history, and investigative storytelling.
 
 
 
 
 
 Responsibilities:
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Edit long-form YouTube videos and documentary-style content
 </li>
 <li>
 Create engaging storytelling and strong pacing to maximize viewer retention
 </li>
 <li>
 Add cinematic B-roll, transitions, subtitles, sound effects, music, and motion graphics
 </li>
 <li>
 Use visual effects and editing techniques to keep videos engaging throughout
 </li>
 <li>
 Maintain high-quality editing standards and consistency
 </li>
 <li>
 Collaborate with the content team to improve overall video performance
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 
 
 
 Requirements:

 Experience editing long-form YouTube videos
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong understanding of retention-based editing
 </li>
 <li>
 Proficiency in:
 </li>
 <li>
 Adobe Premiere Pro
 </li>
 <li>
 After Effects
 </li>
 <li>
 CapCut
 </li>
 <li>
 Creative mindset with strong attention to detail
 </li>
 <li>
 Ability to work full-time from office in Hyderabad
 </li>

 Bonus Skills:
