Position: Plant Manager Head Experience: 10+ years in production management, 5+ years in administration Qualification: Bachelor&rsquo;s Degree in Mechanical Engineering Reporting to: Top Management (CEO, COO, etc.)Key Responsibilities:1. Production Management:<ul><li>Oversee timely and efficient production of hand tools while maintaining high quality standards.</li><li>Develop and implement production schedules aligned with demand forecasts and available resources.</li><li>Continuously optimize production processes to increase efficiency, reduce waste, and enhance output.</li><li>Ensure product quality meets customer and regulatory standards through effective quality control.</li></ul>2. Financial Management:<ul><li>Prepare and manage the plant&rsquo;s budget, allocating resources efficiently and controlling costs.</li><li>Monitor and analyze production costs and implement cost-saving measures to maximize profitability.</li><li>Provide regular financial reports, including cost variances and financial improvement opportunities.</li><li>Supervise a team of 300+ employees, ensuring proper staffing, training, and performance management.</li><li>Implement training programs to improve skills, safety, and efficiency across all departments.</li></ul>3. Compliance and Administration:<ul><li>Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and industry regulations, maintaining necessary certifications.</li><li>Oversee plant maintenance and machinery repairs to ensure minimal downtime and smooth operations.</li><li>Lead strategic planning for plant growth, aligning production goals with business objectives.</li><li>Integrate new technologies and automation tools to improve manufacturing processes and meet demand.</li><li>Develop and execute continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity and reduce costs.</li><li>Communicate with top management on plant performance, financial status, and production goals.</li></ul>Job Types: Full-time, PermanentPay: ₹37,111.00 - ₹48,244.00 per monthEducation:<ul><li>Bachelor's (Required)</li></ul>Experience:<ul><li>Product development: 10 years (Required)</li><li>Financial planning: 5 years (Required)</li></ul>Shift availability:<ul><li>Day Shift (Required)</li><li>Night Shift (Required)</li></ul>Work Location: In person
