Plant Manager

Position: Plant Manager Head
Experience: 10+ years in production management, 5+ years in administration
Qualification: Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering
Reporting to: Top Management (CEO, COO, etc.)

Key Responsibilities:

1. Production Management:

• Oversee timely and efficient production of hand tools while maintaining high quality standards.
• Develop and implement production schedules aligned with demand forecasts and available resources.
• Continuously optimize production processes to increase efficiency, reduce waste, and enhance output.
• Ensure product quality meets customer and regulatory standards through effective quality control.

2. Financial Management:

• Prepare and manage the plant’s budget, allocating resources efficiently and controlling costs.
• Monitor and analyze production costs and implement cost-saving measures to maximize profitability.
• Provide regular financial reports, including cost variances and financial improvement opportunities.
• Supervise a team of 300+ employees, ensuring proper staffing, training, and performance management.
• Implement training programs to improve skills, safety, and efficiency across all departments.

3. Compliance and Administration:

• Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and industry regulations, maintaining necessary certifications.
• Oversee plant maintenance and machinery repairs to ensure minimal downtime and smooth operations.
• Lead strategic planning for plant growth, aligning production goals with business objectives.
• Integrate new technologies and automation tools to improve manufacturing processes and meet demand.
• Develop and execute continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity and reduce costs.
• Communicate with top management on plant performance, financial status, and production goals.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹37,111.00 - ₹48,244.00 per month
