Our office is located in Brickell, FL.Hours: 11AM - 4pm (M-F)$20 - $25/ per hour depending on experience&ndash; Paid BiweeklyRequirements: <ul><li>Fully bilingual (English and Spanish)</li><li>Data entry experience (payables &amp; receivables)</li><li>Bookkeeping experience preferred</li><li>Prior experience in a property management or real estate office is a plus</li><li>Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word</li><li>Strong attention to detail and organizational skills</li><li>Must live near or have easy access to Brickell</li></ul>Responsibilities<ul><li>Assist with day-to-day administrative tasks in a fast-paced office</li><li>Perform bank reconciliations and assist with financial record accuracy</li><li>Assist Property Manager in the preparation of owner reporting packets</li><li>Support accounts payable and receivable data entry</li><li>Maintain organized records and files</li><li>Communicate with tenants, vendors, and internal team members</li><li>Assist with general property management operations</li></ul>We are looking for someone reliable, proactive, and organized who can keep up with a dynamic real estate office. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys structure, numbers, and being a key support in daily operations.Pay: $25.00 per hourWork Location: In person
