AJC Rents is a full-service Real Estate investment management company with over 25 years of experience throughout the Miami-Dade area. The real estate portfolio consists of over 200 units of retail/office centers, luxury homes, and multi-family buildings. Our success is about managing right. Our office is located in Brickell, FL.

Hours: 11AM - 4pm (M-F)

$20 - $25/ per hour depending on experience– Paid Biweekly

Requirements:

  • Fully bilingual (English and Spanish)
  • Data entry experience (payables & receivables)
  • Bookkeeping experience preferred
  • Prior experience in a property management or real estate office is a plus
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Must live near or have easy access to Brickell

Responsibilities

  • Assist with day-to-day administrative tasks in a fast-paced office
  • Perform bank reconciliations and assist with financial record accuracy
  • Assist Property Manager in the preparation of owner reporting packets
  • Support accounts payable and receivable data entry
  • Maintain organized records and files
  • Communicate with tenants, vendors, and internal team members
  • Assist with general property management operations

We are looking for someone reliable, proactive, and organized who can keep up with a dynamic real estate office. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys structure, numbers, and being a key support in daily operations.

Pay: $25.00 per hour
