Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Maintain and organize all accounting and financial documents (invoices, LPOs, payment vouchers, receipts, contracts, etc.).</li><li>Ensure proper filing (physical &amp; electronic) of all finance-related documents.</li><li>Track incoming and outgoing documents and maintain document logs.</li><li>Coordinate with Accounts team for supporting documents related to payments and approvals.</li><li>Ensure all documents are properly authorized before processing.</li><li>Assist during internal and external audits by providing required documents.</li><li>Maintain confidentiality of financial records.</li><li>Archive old documents as per company retention policy.</li><li>Monitor document submission deadlines and follow up with concerned departments.</li><li>Prepare reports related to document status when required.</li></ul>Requirements:<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Commerce, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field.</li><li>2&ndash;4 years of experience in document control or accounts administration.</li><li>Knowledge of basic accounting documents and procedures.</li><li>Proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel).</li><li>Experience in ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, etc.) is an advantage.</li><li>Strong organizational and time-management skills.</li><li>Good communication skills in English (Arabic is an advantage).</li></ul>Preferred Skills:<ul><li>Attention to detail.</li><li>Ability to handle confidential information.</li><li>Good filing and record management skills.</li><li>Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: QAR2,500.00 - QAR3,500.00 per month

Document Controller (For Accounts)

Job Purpose: To provide comprehensive support to the HR &amp; Administration department in day-to-day operations. The final scope of responsibilities will be assigned by management based on the candidate&rsquo;s skills, experience, and organizational requirements.Key Responsibilities:- Support daily HR operations and administrative activities - Maintain and update employee records, files, and HR databases - Assist in onboarding and offboarding processes - Coordinate attendance, leave records, and HR documentation - Support payroll inputs and employee data verification - Assist with employee visa, renewal, and official documentation - Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures - Handle employee queries and coordinate with relevant departments - Perform additional HR or administrative tasks as assigned by managementQualifications &amp; Requirements:- Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field - 1&ndash;3 years of experience in an HR or administrative role - Basic understanding of HR policies, labor laws, and HR operations - Strong organizational and communication skills - Ability to maintain confidentiality and work under minimal supervision - GCC experience will be an added advantage.Job Types: Full-time, PermanentPay: QAR2,000.00 - QAR4,000.00 per monthExperience:<ul><li>HR : 2 years (Preferred)</li><li>Admin: 1 year (Preferred)</li></ul>Language:<ul><li>Arabic (Preferred)</li><li>English (Preferred)</li></ul>
