نبحث عن مخلص جمركي مرخص ذو كفاءة عالية لإدارة والإشراف على جميع عمليات التخليص الجمركي للشحنات الواردة والصادرة. يجب أن يكون المرشح المثالي قادرًا على ضمان الامتثال للأنظمة والقوانين المحلية، والتعامل مع المستندات، والتنسيق مع الجهات الجمركية لضمان إنجاز الإجراءات بسلاسة وفي الوقت المحدد.

المهام والمسؤوليات:

• تنفيذ إجراءات التخليص الجمركي للاستيراد والتصدير
• إعداد وتقديم جميع المستندات المطلوبة
• ضمان الالتزام بقوانين ولوائح الجمارك في دولة قطر
• التنسيق مع شركات الشحن ووكلاء الشحن والجهات الحكومية
• متابعة الشحنات وحل أي مشاكل متعلقة بالجمارك
• حفظ سجلات دقيقة لجميع المعاملات والمستندات
• احتساب الرسوم الجمركية والضرائب حسب الأنظمة المعمول بها

المتطلبات:

• رخصة مخلص جمركي سارية (إلزامي)
• خبرة سابقة في مجال التخليص الجمركي أو مجال مشابه
• معرفة جيدة بإجراءات وأنظمة الجمارك في قطر
• مهارات تواصل وتنسيق عالية
• القدرة على العمل تحت الضغط والالتزام بالمواعيد النهائية
• إجادة استخدام برامج مايكروسوفت أوفيس وأنظمة التخليص

المؤهلات المفضلة:

• خبرة في شركات الشحن أو الخدمات اللوجستية
• معرفة بأنظمة ومستندات الاستيراد والتصدير

The ideal candidate must be able to ensure compliance with local regulations and laws, handle documentation, and coordinate with customs authorities to ensure smooth and timely completion of procedures.

Job Description:

We are looking for a highly qualified and licensed customs broker to manage and oversee all customs clearance processes for incoming and outgoing shipments. Duties and Responsibilities:

Execute customs clearance procedures for import and export

Prepare and submit all required documents

Ensure compliance with customs laws and regulations in the State of Qatar

Coordinate with shipping companies, freight forwarders, and government entities

Track shipments and resolve any customs-related issues

Maintain accurate records of all transactions and documents

Calculate customs duties and taxes according to applicable regulations

Requirements:

Valid Customs Broker License (Mandatory)

Previous experience in customs clearance or a related field

Good knowledge of customs procedures and regulations in Qatar

Excellent communication and coordination skills

Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines

Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and customs clearance systems

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience with shipping companies or logistics services

Knowledge of import and export regulations and documentation
